  • KDA_3_10111 - --Located in the bar area, 1 bottle of tequila containing 10 deceased flying insects. COS- voluntarily discarded.
  • KDA_3_30211A1b - --In tall RIC, bowl of raw shrimp stored over a bag of heat and serve dumplings. COS- moved.
  • KDA_3_30411 - --Stored on a wire rack encrusted with dried on food debris and dust 2 heads of nappa cabbage and 2 stalks of celery. COS- cleaned and vegetables put on sheet tray.
  • KDA_3_50114D - --Raw eggs that had been cracked and mixed together, stored in a metal container on a rolling cart next to the WOK grill with an internal temperature of 74.4F. PIC stated eggs had been out since 11:20am, temperature taken at 1:45pm. COS- PIC voluntarily discarded.
  • KDA_3_50116A1 - --Stored in wire basket on back of WOK, previously fried chicken with an internal temperature of 84F. PIC stated chicken was cooked the previous hour. COS- voluntarily destroyed.
  • KDA_4_10111A - --Homemade chicken rake which is used to coat raw chicken in breading and starch made of what appears to be non food grade wood and metal. COS- discarded. Stored in lower portion of MT, NSF sterelite container with cooked lo mein noodles. Located on a metal shelf in the WIC, raw broccoli and raw cabbage stored in NSF sterelite containers. COS- removed from container/lined with food safe material.
  • KDA_4_10211A1 - --(B)(1) t-shirt bags used to stored jalepenos, raw chicken, dumplings, and other vegetables. Working on switching over to food safe materials.
  • KDA_4_60111A - --Homemade chicken rake caked and encrusted with dried on food and detritus. COS- discarded.
  • KDA_6_501111B4 - --Located behind the door near the mechanical warewashing machine, chairs, books, papers and other various items deemed harborage and places for pests to live. Room contains foul odor.
  • KDA_6_50112A - --Handles on cover for MT, and handles for doors of lower portion of MT soiled in dried food debris. Wall and outlet covers soiled with dirt and detritus behind handsink near 2 vat sink. Faucets at WOK encrusted with dried on food debris. COS-cleaned Wire racks inside WIC soiled with dirt and detritus. PIC stated he will be getting them cleaned.

The food is good. The service is good. The price is good. The ambience is good. The cleanliness is good. It used to be Burger King and they turned it in to a fast food and slow food. The people are very nice. They have opened up the area where the play place used to be and turned it in to dining. They give large portions. They are kid friendly. If you are looking for a romantic dinner it is a good place. I would definitely go back. I plan on going soon. I hope you all will enjoy it.
