KDA_3_50118A3 - --In the WIC, 6 metal pans of barbacoa had date of 12/28, 12/30, and 12/31. Employee said the meat was open and shredded yesterday morning. COS Barbacoa was marked with the correct date.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --3 small and 2 large spatulas had chips around the edges. COS PIC cut off the chipped edges. She said she will also replace all the spatulas.
