Description: If you are an advanced certified diver or have an 80-foot dive under your weight belt, head out to the Thunderbolt with Hall’s. Divers of other skill levels will enjoy diving the Middle Keys’ 25- to 90-foot reef specialties, from Looe Key to Coffins Patch and especially around Sombrero Reef. Description: Head to this “little studio with a lot of heart” for yoga, fitness, and flexibility classes. Yoga is taught every Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat at 9:30 a.m. and Tues at 7 p.m. Private sessions are available, and all levels are welcome. Body work and massage therapy are also offered, as well as Cranial Release Technique, a hands-on process that creates the relaxation of nervous system, fascial, and muscle tissue tension throughout the entire body. No need to worry about the motion of the ocean, as the construction of the watercraft is such that it is almost as wide as it is long, allowing for much more stability than other craft.
