There are two that I remember very well: 1) Christmas Eve into Christmas 2022 and the temperature dropped from the low 50s to around nine degrees in in a few hours; and 2) In early January 2014 a similar drop. I think I remember something like that in January 1972. I was 14 years old at that point.
-Valdosta Airport, January, February, and March 2015. It's not just the sheer differences between days, but also the fact that the minimum AND maximum temperatures for these months happened in these short 5-10 day timeframes.
January 2-9: 20/12C, 26/16C, 23/13C, 15/4C, 17/2C, 17/1C, 5/-5C, 11/2C (monthly 26C maximum and -5C minimum only 5 days apart)
February 18-23: 12/-1C, 5/-3C, 10/-5C, 21/-1C, 25/9C, 23/13C (monthly 25C maximum and -5C minimum only 2 days apart)
March 1-10: 15/7C, 23/11C, 28/11C, 28/14C, 27/11C, 11/4C, 19/3C, 24/2C, 27/8C, 30/14C (monthly 30C maximum and 2C minimum only 2 days apart)
To add on to Valdosta's 2015 wild temperature swings, December 2015. December 19 and 20 both got to 0C for lows, but December 22-31 never dipped below 18C.
Some more examples of Valdosta wild temperature swings:
-All this happened in 11 days between January 17-27 this year.
The discrepancy between the -3C and 1C on January 21 and 22 and the 4 days from January 24-27 that never dipped below 17C is similar to the December 2015 example.
-February 2020. February 18-19 were 24/16C and 27/19C, but February 21-23 were 11/3C, 15/0C, and 21/0C.
-January 2016. All this happened in 6 days.

1/23 high of 6C
1/24 high of 12C
1/25 high of 18C
1/26 high of 22C
1/27 high of 25C
Notice how there was a 19C drop in high temperatures from the 5th to the 6th, and how the highest monthly high on the 11th was only 3 to 4 days away from the coldest monthly lows on the 7th and 8th. The warmest monthly low of 20C was also not far off, on the 14th.
