I don't understand why some people think Burke did it. I read that the DNA evidence found on the body did not match any of the family members. So why do people think he did it?
Also, I think some people are reading into his smiling way too much. All the smiling could be out of nervousness. This is the only interview he's given on a tv show, so maybe this whole experience is just awkward for him. I don't think he would have agreed to do the interview in the first place if he was guilty.

If so, this is a revelation. He admits he never went directly to bed, AND puts himself directly at the crime scene where most experts say her death occurred. This is YUUUUGE!
That wasn't his wording. He said he went down. The Ramsey's narrative has always been Jonbenet asleep from the moment they brought her in, John and Burke put a toy together in the basement, Patsy and Burke going to sleep sometime later, and John going to sleep after that.
what are you talking about?? They showed the skull on A&E it was completely broken apart on one side a 9 year old doesn't have that strength!! Or you think he strangled her with a garrote?? How does he even know what that is? I had to look it up.. he also doesn't have the strength to strangle her for that long and the killer tortured her and moved the garrote to different areas and retightened it. He would also be a psychopath and that would reemerge somehow in his personality in 20 years.
It wasn't a accident by Patsy either that kind of skull damage doesn't come by one flash light hit it only comes from someone who has direct serious intent on killing someone and is very strong.
I'd also like to know how a train track can cause burn marks on her face like a stun gun does.

Well, so much for doing everything possible in trying to "find the real killer".
I find that hard to believe. The funniest thing to me was he's upset people suspect him and his family. He can only blame himself. He act very bizarre from the moment the police were involved. Look at him at the funeral, he looks like he's at a meeting.
The second part of Dr. Phil, combined with the second part of the ID special, I watched it online, has really changed my opinion of Burke. As much as I feel bad for his situation, I wonder if he was a violent/deviant child. He seems like a deviant adult.
