ST, you seem to have a rather negative view of LWR and/or Florida in general. If I'm interpreting your comments correctly. In a relative sense what other areas would you say are more preferable if not LWR ?

Traffic for example tends to go hand in hand with desirable areas since folks don't usually flock to undesirable locations. Given that would you say that some of the points you made are generally associated mostly with desirable areas or are they more specific to LWR ?

I wouldn't recommend that anyone become a full time resident. If so, my choice is south of Venice to Manasota for the general area. Many speak of only the positives of living in FLA. and get personally offended when people reveal unpleasant truths. The weather is basically why many relocate here and from DEC thru APRIL it's very pleasant.
