LOL. I bet THAT would be popular with the neighbors.
Can't imagine that would ever be approved. That area always was and probably will remain horse country.

Oh, wait....
Well being that Nassau County is not a sanctuary county, that would never happen.

19.5M. It is quite a lovely home, but way too big for us. The land is breathtaking.

$2.3 million and it sold in less than a week.

There are plenty more expensive than that but not within 5 miles of where I live.

My neighbor put her house on the market for 1.1 million and that's the most expensive on the market in my zip code according to zillow. It is on 16 acres and it's 4700 sqft.

This property wouldn't work for me; it is WAY too big for my needs.

If I had an unlimited amount of money the majority of it would go towards acerage; all I need is about 1500 sqft of living space.

$3.5 mil. Oceanfront. 3200 sf.

No, wouldn't buy it...

Wouldn't want to go through oceanfront hurricanes and the resulting damage which is sure to occur--no matter how well-built the home. Unless maybe it's a concrete bunker...

1.5m for mine and no I wouldn't
I enjoy where I live right now and won't move for at least 10 years.

I don't care if I win the lottery.

After 10 years, we'll see.

$875K, 3BR, 2.5BA, 2100 sf, 14 acres. Beautiful property but the interior isn't my taste, so no I wouldn't.
