It only takes one juror.

Of course, with a mistrial they can try the case again.

It is going to be hard (maybe almost impossible) to find jurors on this who are neutral or unbiased.
First witness down and he testified to nothing particularly illegal.

My prediction, once the actual crime is established to have occured well after the election, the “election interference” falls apart, the felony enhancement is dropped, and Trump pays a 25k fine for 34 misdemeanors.

But the overall Dem goal of general election interference is accomplished.

If the alleged crime occurred AFTER the election, how can it have been election interference?

So Trump committed a crime by conspiring to unlawfully promote his own candidacy, by paying to quash a potentially embarrassing story and then reimbursing his lawyer Michael Cohen with other legal expenses.

Got that? Because I don’t.

If it is then all the media is guilty with squashing the hunter biden laptop story before 2020 election.

Paying SD hush money is not illegal.
Bragg is trying to elevate a misdemeanor crime, falsification of business records, to felony level, claiming it was done to facilitate another crime which is the only possible way he can elevate his 34 counts against Trump to felony level.
Intent to commit another crime can never be proven.
It’s a twisted concept and prosecutors know it’s a sham.
All being done as election interference, in collusion with the Biden regime.
Prosecutors have been to the WH colluding.

It's not a crime. Remember the 2008 election and the JournoList scandal, in which the MSM collaborated to quash stories damaging to Obama (most notably his very close relationship to 'God Damn America' Rev Wright and extreme bigot Louis Farrakhan, including photos, etc.)?

This is all a farce.

And the prosecutions witness had stated that 'Trump does not pay off people because word of it always gets out'.

Possible trouble for the prosecution...

New York Prosecutors Unveil 2nd Crime & Make a Fatal Error: Trump's Attorneys Must Move to Dismiss!

Prosecutors in New York have revealed what the other crime is that Donald Trump was allegedly trying to conceal when he was falsifying business records and they claim it was to unlawfully promote his candidacy. The fatal error is that the NY Statute, they cite only applies to elections within the State of New York and not Federal Elections!

Trump was running for the federal office of President of the United States and not a State Office and therefor the premise of what the prosecution is trying to prove as the second crime used to get around the statue of limitation's issue and to elevate this business records case to a felony must fail!

Prosecutors also cannot use a federal law as the second crime and additionally the FEC, Federal Election Commission, declined on two occasions to prosecute the claim against Trump that the alleged hush money payment was in fact a federal violation.

We will see if Team Trump capitalizes on this, or the state/feds figure a way to negate this.
