Quality control can vary by location, and this is the challenge these days in the service industry. You can find a good Bojangles and a bad Bojangles. Same can be said for Hardee's. In some towns you can find a well managed Hardee's with good food quality. Especially their breakfast biscuits. And maybe luck out and still find a Hardee's that still serves the Roy Rogers style fried chicken. But then some other Hardee's are not very good at all. Just varies by region or location.
