I believe they are referring to the "Modern Rockville" project in Marion County. This project is specific to the section of Rockville Rd between Raceway and 465. The portion of Rockville Rd in Hendricks is wider than the portion in Marion County.

Ok, that makes more sense. I would think 3 lanes all the way down to 465 would be ideal.
