Received my order from Optum, 4 boxes of 90 count... at $29.50 per box, vs. $9.41 per box of 125 count from Amazon, or 28% additional pen needles per box for 32% of the cost of the smaller box from AARP's "preferred" mail order source. Lesson Learned.

No, I have not...but my gripe is with AARP and their Medicare Part D plan specifically.
