Yeah, it used to be called Toast Cafe, but they changed the name at some point. That block will be the epicenter of all things breakfast with Mary's and the Toastery.

Chatham Mill $39.8M redevelopment project has Friday groundbreaking - Greensboro - Triad Business Journal

I saw that - anyone know where? The address looked like it was going to be over near Sears Auto Center. I don't know of any existing vacant restaurant space on mall property.

They've filed a $500,000 building permit. New construction?
