The solution to her paparazzi troubles should not involve her being able to speed down a road endangering other motorists with impunity.
The cop was right to enforce the law and he was not overly harsh with her at all.
Agree.
They are celebrities. They would not be celebrities if not for public exposure and fans.
I wonder how many give up being in the public eye and earning those millions to not have to deal with the paparazzi. With so many things in life, one can not have it all. In order to have one thing we may have to sacrifice something else.
It's also just good business for the cops to treat people well in the Miami area. A lot of these folks are athletes, wealthy businessmen, politicians and/or entertainers, and their property taxes generate big bucks for the local economy.

IMO, that is what is wrong with the justice system. It is based on financial incentives, not justice.
I don't see how the officer did not treat her well. He could have written her a big ol' speeding ticket, he advised her to file a police report. What more could he do, hold her and tell her everything's gonna be alright while he wiped the tears from her eyes.
While I do not like the paparazzi, it's a free country and she is not entitled to drive however she wants unless the guy is trying to run her off the road etc.
If they're just following her to her hair appointment for her own sake and those of others around her she needs to drive safely.
The mayor, instead of just staying out of it, had to jump in for some grandstanding publicity on the back of a guy just doing his job.
I think the cop was rude. The paparazzi are hazards, chasing people around and hiding behind corners, it's a sleazy business. He could have at least shown some compassion to someone in distress rather than being dismissive.

I know...I'm sure the cop felt so bad for billionaire supermodel Giselle.
She's also an actress...i have a hard time believing she was truly distressed.

Should he have given her a hug?
The officer: “I can’t prevent them from doing their job, which is to take pictures,” the officer states. “Do you need anything else? Can I assist you in anything else?”
And he didnt give her a ticket.
It is also hazardous driving 20 miles over the speed limit (according to other posters. All I could find was "minor traffic violation") endangering everyone else on the road.
The speed limit through practically all of Miami Beach roads doesn't exceed 30mph. This means she had to be doing 50? Yeah, I'll say 50 through any road in Miami Beach is extremely dangerous. There isn't any part of

Which article said she was speeding. All the ones I read said minor traffic violation, which I find odd they don't divulge the specific reason he pulled her over.
