Cole and Cora Twombly. I wonder how they are related to the grandmother and her boyfriend and/or the situation? Also why, oh why, would you agree to meet at an empty or abandoned gas station instead of somewhere safe, i.e. a public parking lot or police station?!
I suspect the Twombly's were part of that group the others belonged to. The group is very anti-government everything.
I read that the pickup spot was 1/2 way for both the grandmother and the two picking up the kids. I think it was a 15 or 16 mile trip for each.

In retrospect it is obvious that they should have just driven a little further and picked the kids up at the school.
This whole thing was just odd. I just can't believe they killed the two women. If the mother and grandmother had something going on behind the scenes, I could see possibly a lot of anger and hatred, but involving the innocent woman, I just don't get that. No, you shouldn't kill someone, but for the woman doing the supervision, seh was just a bystander, and she and her minister husband were moving to NE in June.

I read a lot of comments, and most thought that was the case. She had threatened in court something about bodies will roll, if she lost custody.
I do wonder what will happen with the kids. Imagine the horror! It would be great if they had some normal relatives in another state to take them away for a new start.
The bodies needed to be found for the family's and community's sake.
So terrible and unnecessary.
Totally unnecessary. I never understand how a group of people do this type of thing without at least one person saying... "hey guys, this is crazy. I'm out. Stop this."
