Loved, loved, loved your pictures. I've been looking at Crossville to retire to but you may have just changed my mind. Now all I need to do is find a nice reasonably priced piece of property. Any sellers out there?

The Cumberland Plateau Area has much too offer......exsplore.....exsplore. Google Earth is the easiest to find a interesting place...Just grab the little yellow icon and drop in down on the spot. Pan around..and see the beauty..then drive to the spot.

Default Cookeville Bound

Love the pictures you have posted of Cookeville. My husband and I are planning to retire there....our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids just moved there and we will be visiting them soon to look for a place for ourselves. They said it was a beautiful place and now I can see that it is. Can't wait to get there.

Cummings Falls ... About 1/2 mile walk from parking lot... gravel road and wild life. Sneakers or good hiking boots a must. To get too base of falls about a mile after you get too the rim. My visit they had not yet put up signs.. first road on right... then listen for the falls as you walk. Gravel access road will take you too the rim. If you have small children watch them closely it's steep and loose rocks and roots on the rim.

This is the trail too base of falls approximately 3/4 of a mile.. NO Flip Flops !

Access road from parking lot too the rim of the over look for the falls.. bring water on a hot day.
