I'm actually more excited about this project than the ones on Broadway. Any idea when the space on the river will be complete?

By the end of summer it should all be open, they are aiming for the first of July.

It's Columbus, what did you expect?

I'd say late summer, early Fall. There is still a lot left to do. I think the Mill side could easily open during the summer, but the addition, and river-view portion is going to take some time!
