Same crap in every democrat run city. Blame the car and slow it down to 5mph and people will still die, it's always the car's fault and blame cars and guns for deaths. Never hold individuals accountable for their action and force all people to comply with poorly thought-out regulations.

You must have missed the new information provided to us in the bike lane thread, where we all learned that owning a car signifies one as underprivileged. Those who bike and walk are apparently the privileged classes. Who knew?
