Being intolerant toward homosexuals is what ordinary folks do?

Well in Asia there isn't as much violence or vitriolic hatred for homosexuals, but on the other hand it's not exactly like they are totally embraced like in the West. In many cases families with say a son who are homosexuals are mostly disappointed that they won't have grandchildren.

Go live in a islamic country if you don't like it, it's 2014 how can you still discriminate against legit transgenders?

or are you talking about transvestites?

What's wrong with transgenders on TV? They exist, or would you prefer to pretend they don't?

Most of the Filipino gays are hard working, talented and they are funny. I have some gay friends and will make you laugh all the time.

Oh sorry I was talking about transvestites, don't know why I said transgenders and even used the word a lot of times.

Your probably right, I saw a documentary about gay people in China and one of them was saying most of the guys end up marrying women just to make their family's happy.

The Philippines must be the most socially liberal Catholic country in the world. When I was in Manila, I saw more feminine girly "men" and trannies walking the streets than I did in San Francisco.

Philippines on average is definitely not an alpha male country.
