Summary suspension was recommended earlier due to owner obstructing the FSHISD sanitarian from conducting an inspecton.In addition, one of the two toilet rooms of the restaurant was inoperable.

Both toilet rooms are now operational.Inspection was conducted.

Md Hossain has a Prometric certificate with an exam date of 08/13/2015.Instructed to obtain a DC- issued certificate.
