HAND SINK MUST HAVE SOAP AND DISPOSABLE PAPER TOWELS AT ALL TIMES, IN ORDER TO ENSURE PROPER HAND WASHING. (Corrected On Site) - Garbage & refuse properly disposed, facilities maintained
TRASH WAS ON THE GROUND AROUND THE DUMPSTER AREA AT VISIT. MANAGER STATED THOSE DUMPSTERS BELONGED TO ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT. THEY WERE ENCOURAGED TO CLEAN DUMPSTER AREA IN ORDER TO PREVENT PEST ATTRACTION INTO THE PATTY BOOM BOOM ESTABLISHMENT.
ITEM MUST BE ABATED PRIOR TO NEXT ROUTINE VISIT.
NO FOOD IS PREPARED ON SITE. FOOD IS PREPARED AT ANOTHER SITE AN BROUGHT TO THE PATTY BOOM BOOM ROOM.
