Comments:
The establishment voluntarily closed during a follow-up inspection on 11/03/14 due to the lack of hot running water. During follow-up inspection today an adequate supply of hot running water was observed. The remaining unabated items from the previous inspection on 11/03/14 (25-DCMR 1010.2 & 3210.1 (c)) will be evaluated during the next routine inspection. Establishment personnel submitted a completed Corrective Plan-Of-Action For Pest Infestation Violations and most recent pest control report to Area Supervisor Mrs. Coleman.
