NTSB REPTS THAT L FLAP, L WING SPAR & L HORIZ STABIL WERE DAMAGED AS REPTD BY CERTIFIED IA MECHANIC. L FUEL TANK RUPTURED. 10-11 WEEKS OUT OF SERVICE 18,000-30,000 DMG COST AND 10-12,000 ESTIMATED OTHER COST.
