Observation: Hair products were stored above packaged foods on the shelf cross from register. Chemical items must be stored below food.
- Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
Observation: Packaged fresh quail eggs were stored above ready-to-eat food in reach-in cooler. Raw animal food must be stored below RTE food to prevent contamination.

Observation: Observed several dented cans in the facility. Must discard any can that is dented on top, bottom, or side seals. Discarded. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: Several frozen food items in chest reach-in cooler not have labeling. Must label each food bag with common name for easy identify.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation: Several food boxes stored on the floor in walk-in cooler. Food must be stored at least 6" off floor to prevent contamination and cleaning purposes.
- Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical
Observation: QA sanitizer was tested to strong. QA sanitizer concentration must be maintained between 200-400ppm. Corrected at time of inspection.
- Multiuse food contact surfaces are constructed of safe materials
Observation: Was using newspaper to wrap fresh vegetables in reach-in cooler. Must use food grade paper to instead newspaper to prevent chemical contamination.
- Discarding or reconditioning unsafe, adulterated, or contaminated food
Observation: Observed moldy alov vera and mushrooms in vegetable reach-in cooler. Discard.
- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observation: 1) Roast duck 2) BBQ pork bun were not date marked in open reach-in cooler. Must date mark all ready to eat food if not used within 24 hours after reparation.

Did not have correct test strips for checking concentration of sanitizer. Must obtain chlorine test strips for checking concentration of sanitizer at all times.
- Plumbing system repaired according to law
Womens RR handsink has a leak. Must keep all plumbing in good working order to prevent buildup of bacteria and spread of disease.

Fresh produce bins in open air cooler have not been cleaned. Must wash, rinse, and sanitize bins before allowing food to be put inside.
