    Observation: The facility did not have a certified protection manager on site. If someone has passed Serve Safe the certificate shall be maintained on site or records on site a person has passed the exam.
  • Established procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
    Observation: The facility stated the janitor cleans all of these events up. The facility still does not have a diarrhea clean up plan. I handed them a diarrhea vomit clean up guidelines and they stated they will make one themselves.
