Can the noise from off-road-vehicles blasting around the Moses Lake Sand Dunes be heard in town, specifically from the vicinity of the Municipal Airport on the NE corner of town?

Unless you live close to the sand dune, no they cannot.

However, I can hear a distinct hum between 7 and 9am in North Richland. It isn’t awful but noticeable. Anyone know the source?
