I am looking for a waterfront property in the New Port Richey area. I see that many of the homes south of Green Key Road have boat docks and boats, but a low percentage of homes north of Green Key Road have boat docks. Is Oyster Creek too shallow for boats?

No it is not too shallow, and most of the homes in your picture have docks. I see what, one or two that doesn't?

Worth mentioning that South of Green Key is SIGNIFICANTLY wealthier, and that might explain the abundance of boats as opposed to the somewhat lacking ratio to the North.
