I am looking for a house to buy and I am looking for a realist report for the house, but my agent does not know how to obtain it. Do all agents have access to this, or does your company provide specific access? Can someone please help me?
Realist reports are available if the MLS gets them from CoreLogic.
Your agent may not have access or may not even have heard of them if they are not available in your local MLS.

I've never heard of them, either. Mike, are they available in the Triangle?
Ah, retirement.
I am not in the loop since 4th quarter 2022, and there have been many changes to the Triangle MLS over the last year or so, including mergers with Triad and Fayetteville MLSs.
I believe Triangle MLS is still a Paragon/Black Knight software customer, which is a different company and system than the old CoreLogic software.
No Corelogic means no Realist.
But, really, TarHeelNick would be a better resource for accurate current information.

They are awesome reports.
What city is the house located.
