Love your Coach Holmgren! Don't believe GB will recover from their 2d blunder in personnel (Holmgren and Favre). Of course, BLUNDER #3 Ted Thompson).

my work is blocking the photo, but as a seahawks fan I'm curious?

Is it just like the one they have now, but with the logo on silver?

If so there was actually a fan vote when the new unis were released and the blue won out

For those that want to see without clicling the link. This is the helmet that lost the fan vote something like 70%-30%; it was not a close vote.

i prefer this helmet. The red eye gives it a more meaner and competitive look.

Sweeeet. I don't mind what they went with, but this is pretty sweet.

It reminds me of the Ravens....

I don't like the logo too much, but love the idea of a silver helmet instead of that blue.

As a big Seahawk fan who voted in the contest, I do not recall that "proto-type" being the choice. In fact, if I do remember correctly, the two choices were the current blue helmet and a silver helmet with the same logo as the current helmet and a dark blue face mask. I've never seen that logo and don't think it made the cut in the contest (and to me it looks cheesy). Here is a link to an old ESPN article.

Google Image Result for http://espn.go.com/media/pg2/2002/0328/photo/a_newhelmet2_i.jpg

Here are the pics of the other choice.

I voted for the silver helmet...but dig the blue one too.

Looking at the ESPN link, I noticed the SuperSonics finally got new uniforms. They'll look great this year...oh, wait...

Yeah that's the helmet I'm talkin about. But I know the team would have to work silver into the rest of their unis to make it work.

BTW, I'm sorry for your loss of the Sonics.
