On top of that, who other than some spinster with twenty cats would vote based on the opinion of a ten year old?
The letter is probably real, but not sincere. We had goofy teachers even years ago that had us write letters to area politicians and charity groups pushing for one thing or another.
This reminds of those. We used to take creative license in our letters, too.
Clearly not handwritten. All the letters are exactly the same throughout. Someone used a child cursive font.
The funny thing is that obviously Biden didn't post this. Someone in his staff did. Which indicated there may actually be someone dumber than Joe who works for him.

I don't think the current president is allowed to use Twitter. Someone else is most likely managing it. Perhaps a team of people.
We learned cursive in the second grade and that's how everyone wrote to my knowledge until I actually graduated and realized people still print. Public schooling. So depends where you go.
