Anyway, congratulations to the Herd for their best basketball season ever, and for their first ever NCAA Tournament win. You have every reason to be proud of that team.

Baseball games to be played in Charleston:

March 30, 31, & April 1: FAU
April 11: Va. Tech
April 24: WVU
May 4, 5, 6: Old Dominion
May 8: ETSU

I'm going to try to get to a few games. WV Power Park is a pleasant place to spend a few hours. Food is decent, and the have good beer choices.

mensaguy, generally during the Marshall games the concession food and beer offerings are scaled back. I usually bring my own food and drink to the Marshall games.

I didn't realize that. I'll get in touch after I have an idea what games I can get to.

Once the weather warms up, the offerings are expanded a little bit but generally not has much as the Power games. Now, sometimes when the Marshall game is before the Power game, the same offerings are available. Also, for the WVU game, the concession and beer offerings should be running close to a Power game as the attendance for that game is generally good.

I guess I should look up the Power game schedule. I am planning to go to the WVU game. Look me up. I'll be wearing a green T-Shirt!

Here's a nice article outlining the great season that The Herd had in Basketball this year:

Here's also an article about the MU-WVU series and how D'Antoni is still pushing for it. I hope he drops it and just moves on. We can look to other regional teams to play that won't give us the attitude.
