Hello all,

We are planning to move from Michigan to the Dallas area soon.
We are looking for a good community with Kerala population and good Middle school.
Please share your recommendations for condo/ home rentals.

Thanks in advance.

Where is your work located?
What is your budget for housing?

A large Indian population lives in north Irving/Las Colinas/Coppell area. There are also a lot of Indians in Frisco.

Everyone is looking for good schools, safe neighborhood and good housing.
Please pull up a current map of DFW and mark your work location. Then mark what you call a reasonable commute. Please note that 10 miles or less can mean an hour. Speak with future management and peers. Rent an extended stay for 31 days (anything over 30 does not fall under certain taxes to the bet of my knowledge.)
Churches, temples, coworkers, stores are your best connection to specific groups such as Kerala.

Welcome to Texas.
What part of town will you work?
Do you go to the office every day?
Not really many condos for rent depending on where you want to live.
For example in Frisco probably less than 500 condos which maybe means 2 for rent today.
One is $2700/month one $5500/month in rent.
Plenty of homes though for rent in Frisco, Plano, McKinney....when I checked a couple of weeks ago, there were something like 775 available in only those 3 cities.
Live close to work.
