No. It sounds like you are talking about an issue with the resolution...and specifically the width. It might be shortcoming of your screen's resolution and/or the web page. For example if a screen has a smaller resolution like 1024x768 and the web page wasn't designed to accommodate that resolution properly, that could cause what you are experiencing.
I was on a conference call with Vanguard Funds today and apparently some of their web page display was not visible on my iPad.
I would have assumed the iPad would view their entire web page but obviously be adjusted proportionally to the screen size of an iPad?
Is this a short coming of using a tablet instead of a desktop or laptop?
Try “pinch to zoom out” and see if it shows the whole page then. Also try the key combo Command and zero key at the same time to set the page zoom to normal size.
Can't say about Vanguard, but these days HTML is so messed up ^H^H advanced that what displays on one device or browser may not display on another. I have Brave, Firefox, and Edge - all on the same computer - and some websites only work on one of those.

I must have been real tired when i wrote that. The keyboard combo would only work if you had a keyboard with your iPad. I use a keyboard with mine.
