A friend who lives in North Charleston off of Dorchester Road mentioned the traffic out there on Facebook yesterday. Before I retired again, she was a co-worker, always late.
The Charleston area is mentioned in this editorial about Horry County’s need for a strong tree ordinance. It says rainwater runoff is a huge problem and that the conversation about clear-cutting trees has been in the news here, too.
