A friend who lives in North Charleston off of Dorchester Road mentioned the traffic out there on Facebook yesterday. Before I retired again, she was a co-worker, always late.

The Charleston area is mentioned in this editorial about Horry County’s need for a strong tree ordinance. It says rainwater runoff is a huge problem and that the conversation about clear-cutting trees has been in the news here, too. This is why I believe the more we can build up, on the existing footprint, not out, the better.

Nyc is losing tons of businesses. Still not a big hit to them because they have thousands and nyc is nyc so it will always be good long term.
