Yea, I think Yokohama can be interesting to visit. I was saying that it's like another special ward of Tokyo in the sense of how accessible it is to and from Tokyo. Just like one might be have a hotel base in Tokyo and be interested in going to another neighborhood in Tokyo due to interest in a particular site or event, the same essentially applies for Yokohama. Basically, just treat going to Yokohama and what's there as you would for another area of Tokyo rather than a journey to another city where you need to decamp and move to another hotel.
