Observed establishment uses chlorine for sanitization at 3 compartment sink and was out at time of inspection. Observed establishment closes on Mondays at 2pm and were headed to the store to purchase chlorine bleach.
  • Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed a gallon of milk opened on Saturday per staff with no date mark.

Observed 2 dead around onions underneath table in kitchen. Observed 3 dead in dry storage room beneath shelves. Observed 1 dead at door frame leading from kitchen to restrooms.   • Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed clear plastic containers of granulated sugar and flour removed from their original packaging and not labeled as to their contents.
  • High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical stored by or with food. Observed gallon of bleach on shelf in dry storage room and located next to canned food products and plastic containers of dressings.
  • Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use due to items stored in the sink. Observed dust pan and rags stored in handwash sink located near dry storage room and entrance to room where 3 compartment sink is located.

Observed steak served at establishment and operator stated that they will cook the steak to customer's specifications.
