Waste food disposal installed in the bottom of three compartment sink, unit must be located on drain board or in seperate disposal sink site. - Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
Toilet room requires self closing door.

All electrical switches to refrigeration and hot water heater in off position at call, all units must be operational and in compliance at re-inspection date/time. Not approved for licensing, contact Mrs. Coleman 202-442-5928 for re-inspection appointment. Trash company invoice of service and pest control contract required for view at re-inspection.
