Checked main kitchen, prep rooms and underneath public seating areas on 1st and 2nd floors.

Extermination service performed by: Presto Pest Control/Sellersville, PA. Service performed at 7:00 a.m. on 2/15/13.

Bait station placed within facility along with glue board traps. Facility received a weekly service.
