There are no handwashing signs at the handwashing sinks in the kitchen and bars. (Corrected On Site) - Insects, rodents, & animals not present
There is a gap under the rear doors and basement door. There is a gap between the basement doors. There is a gap around the plywood at the bottom of the stairwell. - Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
