Complaint Notes: Discussed with the owner about the complaint, he stated of a disagreement with the landlord, when it comes to trash/dumpsters collection, the issue was since resolved. Many pictures taken of the entrance of the condo building, no grease stains seen, all clean dry, no trash built up as stated, no immediate safety concerns seen at the establishment.(see pictures attached)
The Business has NO written employee's health policy for food-borne illness, a copy is given to the PIC.
