NOTES: No menu was provided. No refrigeration equipment is installed. No cold or hot holding equipment is on the premises. Neither the cooking equipment nor ventilation for cooking equipment is installed. There apparently is work still needed to be done in this establishment due to supplies still lying around and the general emptiness of the facility. Because of these deficiencies, it is impossible to make a proper assessment of the activities and requirements.
Correct all violations and provide all necessary equipment that will be used in the operation of the establishment prior to any request for a reinspection.
