Complaint Notes: Discussed with the owner about the complaint. Indeed yes the food handlers were touching RTE food with their bare hands and employees did no wear hair restraints. I explained and educated each one of them on how food must be protected from cross contamination and how to minimize foodborne illness at this restaurant.
Some other critical violations were cited.
The Business has NO written employee's health policy for food-borne illness, a copy is given to the PIC.
