10-26-10, Follow-up on hot water. Hot water was corrected. St

11-2-11, Soda machine had large amounts of mold/slime on the nozzles (they put an out of order sign on it until it could be cleaned). Blocked hand sink, no hot water at the 3-comp or hand sink (maintainance called during visit), recommended dry rack for three comparment sink (no soap or sanitizer cound be found), need and inside thermometer in walkin cooler. St
