LEFT NOSE OF THE LEAR JET A/C WAS IMPACTED BY A BIRD AS I WAS UNABLE TO MANUEVER CLOSE TO THE GROUND. OTHER BIRDS WERE VISIBLE FLYING TO THE WEST SIDE OF RWY ENVIRONMENT. LARGE AMTS OF STANDING WATER WERE LOCATED ALL OVER THE ENTIRE ARPT AREA. FEATHERS AND BLOOD LOCATED AT THE PT OF IMPACT ON A/C NOSE. NO VISIBLE DMG OBSERVED.
