Correction: Clean utensil and equipment not contacting PHS/TSC food any time contamination occurs, at least every 24 hours, or at a frequency according to manufacturer specifications.

Observation: No handwashing signage provided at drive thru handwashing sink.
Correction: Provide handwashing signage at all handwashing sinks used by food employees.

- WAREWASHING - SANITIZING SOLUTION - TESTING DEVICES
Observation: A test kit is not available for checking sanitizer concentrations (KayQuat and Kay 5).
Correction: Provide a test kit or other device for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solutions. Employees on all shifts should know where test strips are stored, so that sanitizer concentrations can be effectively monitored.
- PLUMBING - SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR
Observation: The plumbing system is not maintained in good repair-the drain to the handwash sink is in disrepair and sink is draining into a bucket.
Correction: The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace defective or leaking plumbing.

Observation: Salad cooler is not equipped with an integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring device.
Correction: Equipment used for hot and cold holding shall be designed to include and shall be equipped with at least one integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring device.
- FLOORS, WALLS AND CEILINGS - CLEANABILITY
Observation: The Floor tiles through out the kitchen has worn out grouting.
Correction: Provide floors that are designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
- LIGHT BULBS - PROTECTIVE SHIELDING
Observation: The neon lights above the Soda Packs are not shielded.
Correction: Provide shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter resistant light bulbs.
