Observation: Paint/enamel on areas of meat slicer is chipping and have potential to get in sliced food items.
Correction: Provide food contact surfaces that are smooth, and are free from breaks and cracks. Repair or discard.

Observation: Thermometers (2) used in food establishment is not accurate to +/- 2°F. Thermometers are off from 9 to 30 F. Was not able to calibrate either thermometer during inspection.

Observation: Thermometer in walkin cooler and pepsi cooler measuring ambient air are not accurate to ± 2°F.
