UTENSILS, EQUIPMENT AND LINENS - STORING PROHIBITIONS - CLEAN DRY LOCATION Observation: Pizza slicing tool submersed in water at front line is improperly stored - directly adjacent to soap dispenser and hand wash sink - soap splashes into water where pizza slicer is stored when dispenser is used.
Correction: Clean equipment and utensils, laundered linens, single-use and single service articles shall be stored in a clean dry location, not exposed to contamination and off the floor.
