Critical: RTE/PHF-TCS PROPER DATE MARKING Observation: Barbeque and beans in walk-in cooler are not date marked. Sliced ham in refrigerator is not date marked. Several items in freezers (ie-spaghetti sauce, bean & bacon soup) are not date marked.
Correction: Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods (time/temperature control for safety food), if required, are provided with date marking or an effective method of identifying when a food item has exceeded 7-days.
HANDWASHING FACILITIES - LOCATION AND PLACEMENT Observation: Handwashing sink in kitchen has dirty dishes in it and is not providing easy access to food employees.
Correction: Do not put dirty dishes in handwashing sink to facilitate handwashing by food employees.
LABELING - FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS LABELED WITH COMMON NAME (repeated violation) Observation: Flour and some other items are being stored in unlabeled containers by the kitchen stove.

IN-USE UTENSILS, BETWEEN USE STORAGE (repeated violation) Observation: Ice scoop in bar was laying down in ice.
