Critical: PHF/TCS, COLD HOLDING (corrected on site) Observation: A bag of pre-cooked egg folds were noted on the counter in the breakfast storage area at a temperature of 67F. In addition, a bag of pre-cooked sausage was noted in the refrigerator at at temperature of 58F. The foods were placed in the refrigerator immediately and discussions took place with manager and staff to place foods back in the refrigerator after use.

THERMOMETERS - FUNCTIONALITY - INTEGRAL OR PERMANENTLY AFFIXED MEASURING DEVICE Observation: The refrigerator in the breakfast storage area and back storage room did not have a thermometer.
