Correction: Provide a properly plumbed air gap with pvc piping on ice bin in banquet area and all ice bins that apply.
NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEANING FREQUENCY (repeated violation) Observation: The noted area described below are not cleaned on a frequent basis.
