THERMOMETERS - FUNCTIONALITY - WARMEST PART OF UNIT Observation: Thermometer in walk-in cooler is not properly located. Correction: Reposition thermometer so that it is located in the warmest part of the refrigeration unit. PLUMBING - SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR Observation: The urinal in the men's restroom is not flushing and is not maintained in good repair. Correction: The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace defective or leaking plumbing. HANDWASHING SIGNAGE Observation: No handwashing signage provided at both restroom handwashing sinks. Correction: Provide handwashing signage at all handwashing sinks used by food employees. STORING MAINTENANCE TOOLS Observation: Mops/cleaning equipment are improperly stored on the floor.
